Real Men Real Leaders is a leadership development program designed to empower young boys with the confidence, character, and life skills needed to become strong, respectful, and responsible young men.
If you’re ready to take the first step in your son’s leadership journey, you’re in the right place.
Leadership is understanding people and involving them to help you do a job. That takes all of the good characteristics, like integrity, dedication of purpose, selflessness, knowledge, skill, implacability, as well as determination not to accept failure.
WHO CAN APPLY?
We are currently accepting applications for incoming 5th grade boys who attend one of the following schools:

If your child is a current 4th grader and will be entering 5th grade in the 2025–2026 school year, we encourage you to apply!
HOW TO APPLY
Getting started is simple! Families can apply using one of the following methods:
