My name is Jonas Cruz, and I am honored to serve as the Program Director for Real Men Real Leaders. Being a part of this amazing organization has been a true privilege and a calling that resonates deep within my heart.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the growth and transformation of the young boys who participate in our programs. Seeing them develop their strengths, overcome challenges, and embrace their unique leadership styles is an incredibly fulfilling experience. It is a testament to the power of this organization and the commitment of everyone involved.
My Story
Jonas Cruz is a dedicated individual with a passion for guiding and leading youth towards a brighter future. Born and raised in the welcoming community of Garden City, Kansas, he graduated from Garden City High School in 1987. Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Jonas obtained an associate's degree in Science from Garden City Community College.

Jonas's commitment to serving his country led him to join the military, where he served as a proud Army veteran. In 1991, he was deployed to Iraq during the Desert Shield/Storm operation, demonstrating his bravery and dedication to protecting his nation.

For the past 34 years, Jonas has been a valuable member of the United Parcel Service (UPS), contributing his skills and expertise to the organization. Alongside his career at UPS, he has dedicated a decade of his life to the Real Men Real Leaders Leadership Program. In this role, he has actively shaped and influenced the lives of countless individuals, offering them guidance and support to unlock their full potential.

Family is of utmost importance to Jonas, and he cherishes his loving marriage of 33 years to his wife, Dema Cruz. Together, they have raised two remarkable sons, Josh and Derick Cruz.
With a deep-rooted belief in the power of mentorship and leadership, Jonas finds immense fulfillment in providing opportunities for young individuals to discover hope and confidence in their future. Through his guidance and unwavering commitment, he aims to empower the next generation, enabling them to become capable leaders themselves.
